The Feedback Room

The purpose of the Beyond Diversity & Inclusion Training is:

To offer a process that allows for the honest exploration of human difference
To provide space for service providers to process how difference exists within them, between them, and for those that they serve
To demonstrate how understanding ourselves (i.e. racial experience, gender experience, class experience, privilege experience, religious experience, etc.) allows us to work effectively with clients who are different from us
To orient organizations and their service providers towards sharing power in meaningful ways
