Interview w/ The Celestial Poet

Hayle Oswell, AKA Celestial Poet or CP, is a native of Greenville, SC who is a creative linguist and visual artist. As the owner/ founder of Celestial Poet, LLC, she loves serving and teaching the power of writing, self-expression, and spoken word to teens. 

CP shares her gift of healing, art, and words by facilitating for Writer's Well Youth Fellowship, a branch of Speaking Down Barriers. CP is also a co-founder of Free Upstate Poetry, which provides space for people to express themselves freely without judgment. She has been recently accepted as a part of the Artist Collective of Spartanburg, SC, where she continues to expand her gifts within her community. Formerly a slam poet, CP has evolved her creativity into graphic and logo design (she created the FREE design for some of our SDB merchandise!
